Our client is looking for a Manager to bring their leadership and food service experience to oversee operations for their restaurant and deli to include menu prep, portion control, food ordering and monitoring staff. This is a full-time, Direct Hire opportunity.
Some responsibilities to include:
Inventory management and product ordering
Create procedures for preparing products, cleaning & sanitizing, etc.
Create enticing menu items
Ensure cleanliness of equipment, deli, kitchen, and food handled and stored per safety regulations
Oversee and assist with food preparation and cooking
Monitor weekly and monthly P&L reports
Assist in staffing and training of employees
Candidates must have proven management and food preparation experience. ServSafe certified or must get within 3 months of hire. Enjoys working in a fast paced environment. Catering experience a plus.
$18.00 to $23.00 per hour based on experience.
Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must meet background check requirements.
Typical shifts: Tuesday thru Saturday
HS Diploma or equivalent required.
